I have been in the Wilderness,
seeking for your Shadow,
and I am lost!
As if I am whirled within a wheel
finding no footsteps to follow,
knowing nowhere to go, But there apart
the sound is clear,
It echoes nothing but my name;
Where you are in there
I do not know; My sight is blurred
to find your Shadow.
And then I try to grasp a wind
from the mountain breeze that your
warmth may there exist,
I feel the warmth between my palms
and lips.
Love, how can I live without you?
If I can but love alone let me stay,
or, must I go? But not in here...
It must be there where love's
unwhispered, There where light's
so vague to spot your Shadow,
There where I can wait
for the Afterglow...
